Top 20 Songs of 2010
Looking back at all the music I added to my collection in 2010, it’s obvious that this past year was more about digging up classics than discovering new material for me. But that doesn’t mean I wasn’t listening or looking. There actually were quite a few releases this year that caught the full attention of my ears and heart, even if I was being a stubborn curmudgeon.
I didn’t want to do a “Best of” list, since that would seem somewhat pompous of me (and it’s really just a matter of personal preference anyway). So instead I just compiled a list of my favorites of the year, and aptly titled it my “Top 20″ instead.
